Breakfast Change Up

Change is usually a good thing, especially when it’s a step forward.

After heading along to the Wellness summit, I heard a talk about how people who eat the most veges have better health than those that don’t eat as many.

Isn’t that completely logical?!

I stepped things up, and have now been having a huge bowl of veges with breakfast. Mushies, kale, spinach, beans, broccolini and asparagus. And you know what? It hasn’t taken any extra time or effort out of my day. I just head into the garden, grab some greens and add them to the pan. So simple, yet I am feeling the immense benefits.

Previously I was having eggs with some avo, sauerkraut and beetroot. A lot can be said for our green plant friends. Welcome to the breakfast table!
