Winter has made her swift, grand entrance, here in Melbourne. It is cold. Of course it is cold, what else should we expect? (But really, I don’t go anywhere without wooly socks on, these days).
Anyway, I always get chilled extremities in the colder months. My hands and feet are so icy that I often take hot water bottles to bed just to fall asleep.
I have read an old folk remedy for chilblains and poor circulation of the extremities. It involves capsicum, but not consuming it.
I will be trailing it tomorrow, and passing along the details if in fact, this Chinese Medicine remedy delivers the goods.
Wish me luck, the future of my fingers remaining attached depends on it, ha! Stay tuned for more 😉
