Breakfast inspo for Sunday mornings.
Super easy to throw together, and ingredients that you already have in your pantry- who wouldn’t want to indulge in a beautiful breakfast on an easy Sunday morning?
Serves 2 (halve the recipe for 1 person)
1 mashed banana
4 teaspoons of chia seeds
4 teaspoons of ground flax
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
coconut oil for frying
Step 1: Mix all ingredients together, until well combined
Step 2: Heat coconut oil in a fry pan until melted.
Step 3: Pour batter into the pan, and scramble until the eggs are cooked through- but not too much!
