Five minutes of Philosophy

I read this quote today, and it blew me away.

“If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people to collect wood, and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.” – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

I was reflecting on my wellness lifestyle philosophy and trying to simplify the message so that I can communicate it to more people. It’s amazing how these small,  moments of insight take you when you least expect it. Our ability to change the world lies in the simple act of our influence; inspiring others to work together for the common good.

The quote will have a different emphasis for everyone who absorbs it.  But dear readers, I really hope that we can create a longing for a world that believes in the power of using nature to heal and live.
