The Ultimate Burger Recipe

Regan and I think we found the perfect recipe for the ultimate cheese burger. It was amazing. Try it out, and let us know how it rates.


500 grams of mince

1 tsp of rosemary

1 tsp each of salt and pepper

2 eggs

1 small onion diced

1/2 zucchini grated

1 tbspn of dijon mustard

2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup of gluten free flour (could use bread crumbs)



Step 1: In a large bowl add the onion, rosemary and zucchini to the mince.


Step 2: Mix until it is combined.

Step 3: Add the salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and eggs, and mix thoroughly.

Step 4: Add the flour and mix until the meat forms a ball and is holding together.


Step 5: Using your hands, grab a handful of the meat and shape it into a pattie.

Step 6: In a hot fry pan, with a little butter or oil brown the pattie for about 3 minutes on each side.


Step 7: Fry off extra onion and kale leaves if you would like them on your burger.

Extra Burger Ingredients:

Kale leaves



Cheddar Cheese


Tomato sauce


Toasted gluten free bun




Assemble the burger as you wish. Enjoy!
